The complete iT-TRAC® framework — Information Technology Test & Risk Assurance Capabilities — taught across its four capability domains: Quality & Test Governance, Quality & Test Oversight, Test Delivery Management, and Test Exceptions Management.
The framework was assembled from large-scale technology delivery rather than from a syllabus, so the training carries the reasoning as well as the practice: why each control exists, what its absence costs, and how to judge when it is proportionate.
